adulthood, with emphasis on family influences. Recognition of individuality within the universal pattern of development.
Marriage and Family ( FAS 331) : Issues, challenges, and opportunities relating to present-day marriage
and family living. Factors influencing interrelations within the family.
Infant and Toddler Development ( CDE 430) : Examines the development of infants/toddlers, the socialization processes
of families, and the interaction of these processes.
Fundamentals of
Marriage and Family Therapy ( FAS 440) : Discusses therapeutic practices used to treat family crisis. This is a lecture based
class and very difficult.

- Women and Gender Studies-
Women and Society ( WST 100) : Examines critical issues in women's studies. This is a lecture class.
OR
Women and Contemporary Society ( WST 300) : Intensive interdisciplinary
examination of such topics as gender roles, work, education., sexuality, politics, health, and law. This is a lecture class.
History of American Feminist Thought ( WST 377) : This class focus's on evolutions of American feminist
thought from approximately 1750-1965. Prereq: WST 100 or 300 or instructor approval.
